(More customer reviews)I really like this square silicone pan, but the red color doesn't stay. I made low-carb bread (high fat content under high heat). After the bread cooled I was able to peel it out of the silicone pan in one piece. Talk about easy! But the silicone pan bottom at the edges and corners lost their color. Fat + high heat turns the silicone back to clear. Even though it looks all blotchy now, the silicone doesn't feel any different. I still use it because it's the best thing out there for square cakes/brownies/bread. Just don't get too attached to the color.
