(More customer reviews)This product worked great on hard ice cream. We used it at my daughter's first birthday. Grandpa manned the ice cream and was able to fill plates faster than the cake could be cut. The drawback is that it doesn't work as well on soft ice cream and there are multiple parts to keep track of. On the positive side, having multiple parts lets you take it apart and stick in the dishwasher so you know all the crevices are getting cleaned.
