(More customer reviews)I started using my new ice cream maker on June 7TH,2009 and two days ago (June 29TH)it started skipping and we had to use the manual crank.
I have called the distributor "Unbeatable sales" 3 times and written an e-mail once. Customer service does not respond or answer their phones.

I think I have figured out now why they only give a 30 day warranty, they know it's a piece of junk. I have lost about $125 buying from this company so I can safely say:
I would never buy again from this company.
