(More customer reviews)This pan is wonderful for an easy impressive cake (filled) However I use one half for a "MaryJane" pan by cutting off the center raised area "knob"(after baking the cake) and filling the cake top indentation with a cream cheese filling then topping with a design of cut strawberries, kiwi or any other fresh fruit in season. Makes an impressive presentation and is little work! Looks much like a fruit tart when you are finished.
I love baking and always happy to find an unusual cake pan. Nice weight to the pan. I like to use those Magic Cake strips for even baking (silver wrap-around material)
